Combined Worship Service

Although we are 1 congregation with 2 distinct styles of worship, several times a year we like to come together and combine aspects of each of our worship styles into 1 service of worship. Sunday January 29th, 2012 will be our next Blended worship service at 10am.  Please join with us in worship this day and show our diversity in unity as we come together with 1 heart and 1 mind to worship our 1 great God together.

This is a special time and a special day. Immediately following our 10am blended service with be our annual congregational business meeting at 11am, followed by a luncheon downstairs. What a great opportunity to spend some time in worship, doing the business of the church, and fellowshipping with a meal together.  We hope you can all join us.

Congregational Meeting

Meetings are always a great time to catch up with what is going on and plan for the future, and in the church it is certainly no different. Every year at the end of January we hold our annual congregational meeting to go over ministry from the past year and look ahead at ministry, planning, and budgets for the coming year.  This time is very important to the life of any church and if you are a part of the Lake Shore Church community you need to be here to have a voice and see what’s going on.

Plan to join us Sunday January 29th at 11am immediately following a combined worship service at 10am.  After the meeting we’ll finish off the morning in fine fashion with a lunch downstairs together in our fellowship hall.  If you are a Lake Shore Church member we need to see you here.
